Alameda County

Alameda County is in the heart of the San Francisco Bay area. Its major cities include Oakland, Berkeley and of course Alameda.  Berkeley is home to the world famous The University of California at Berkeley where you can see world renowned sports and fine arts events. Alameda County is also well known for its annual county fair where you can see live bands ride rides and much more. This county is known for having one of the most ideal climates, where it never gets too hot or too cold. In this beautiful county there is always something to do!

Contra Costa County

Contra Costa comes from the Spanish term meaning “the other coast” which could not be more fitting as it sits just on the other coast from the San Francisco Bay. This county is mostly suburban and is a great place to start a family or just find solace in all that the area to offer. The County is home to great hiking and biking in Mt. Diablo State Park or any of the many beautiful open spaces that border many of the homes in the area. However beautiful and serene, there is no shortage of things to do in Contra Costa County. There is a lively restaurant and entertainment scene as well as shopping that attracts visitors from all over the bay area.
