Ray and his team are simply great!  My fiancé and I relocated from San Diego to Concord and we were referred to Ray by our realty company down in San Diego and had a great experience.  Ray and his team went above and beyond as our transaction was not a smooth one.

Since we were still living in San Diego during the process, everything had to be done remotely, which is no small feat for a life event such as buying a house.  Ray and Jon had to be our eyes and ears throughout the process and to top it off, the purchase was contingent on the sale of our property in San Diego, which also hit a few snags.  Ray and Jon stuck with us the whole way and in the end it all worked out and we got the house that we wanted.

Even post sale Ray has stopped by to help resolve a couple of small items like a leak.  He even offered to bring over household items like pots and pans because he knew we had hired movers and would be without our stuff for about a week.  I would not hesitate to recommend Ray to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We had some very specific desires for our new home, such as it being a single story house. Some of these were difficult to fill in our desired areas. Ray was able to find quickly a good selection of homes that met our requirements in our target areas. Because of his expertise, we were able to find a house that more than filled our requirements that was within our budget.

Once we selected a house, Ray was a great help to us in closing the sale. Ray found the inspectors that we needed and was present when all inspections were done so that we had excellent quality assurance regarding this work. When problems were found, Ray’s help was invaluable in negotiating corrections with the seller. Ray also checked to be sure that all corrections were made.

Throughout the process, Ray responded quickly to our questions and worked to address our concerns quickly and completely. 

Because of Ray’s work, we were able to close on a house that is perfect for us a month after we started our search. It was a pleasure to work with Ray. We cannot recommend him more highly.
